1. Understand the principle
An artificial intelligence receives an instruction and builds an answer. It can write, explain, summarise, compare, translate or suggest ideas. It cannot read your mind: the quality of the result therefore depends a lot on how precise your request is.

3. Use the simple formula
A good request has four elements: the expected result, the situation, the recipient and the tone.

4. Keep the right habits
Do
- Start with a short request.
- Add the useful details.
- Ask for another version.
- Re-read names, dates and amounts.

- Sharing passwords or banking details.

- Using an important text without re-reading it.
