Write the way you speak
You don't need to know any commands. Just explain your need. ChatGPT answers, then you can ask it to change its answer.
Practical exampleWrite a short, polite letter to my supplier to report an invoice I don't understand. Ask for a detailed explanation.
Improve the answer
After the first answer, try: "Make it shorter", "Use simple words", "Make the tone firmer but polite" or "Add a subject line to the letter".
What to check
Re-read names, dates, amounts and facts. ChatGPT can make up or misunderstand a piece of information.
Exercise
Ask for three versions of the same message: very short, warm, then professional. Choose the one that sounds like you.
