How do you send a document?
You can copy the text or upload the file if the tool allows it. First hide sensitive information: social security number, banking details, passwords and medical data.
Don't throw away the original
The summary helps you understand, but the original document stays the reference. Always re-read the passages about a payment, a deadline or a commitment.
Exercise
